For Pre-Order Drops, after your purchase you will receive a series of emails to keep you updated on the production and shipping of your order.

Once your tracking number is available it will be sent to your email.

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final, so please double check your order before completing your purchase.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as they are responsible for any issues that occur during transit. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package and keeping your tracking number handy when reaching out to them.
